Responsibility
- influencer is a data-led, global influencer marketing business with a unique, end-to-end ‘people power & platform power’ approach
- their data-led ideation studio, brand platform and creator app join forces to deliver impact at scale
- extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones and diaries
- arranging both internal & external meetings and ensuring the correct meeting resources are in place
- influencer is recognised as an Official Global Marketing Partner of both TikTok and Meta
- inbox management to support in flagging and prioritising time critical emails while responding to meeting arrangements that come through
- ensuring all meetings are prepped and executed for with bookings and clear agendas, note taking and follow ups
- travel management for global visits of CEO, CVO & Executive Leadership
Requirements
- excellent communication & organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced reactive environment
- A can-do approach and a willingness to provide solutions and timely outcomes to tasks that need doing
- strong G-Suite knowledge inc. Mail, Slides & Sheets
- demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and trustworthiness
- A flexible and solutions focused mindset
- flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as necessary to fulfil the role requirements and business needs
