Responsibility

  • complete other general administrative tasks as required
  • be able to work within prescribed procedures, practices and agreed SLAs
  • be able to effectively deal with incoming and outgoing phone calls and communications
  • flag concerns and credit risks on information that has been collated
  • preparing Credit Papers to a high standard, detailing the purpose, key components and decisioning, concluding with your recommendation for each loan application

Requirements

  • qualified Accountant, preferably ACA or ACCA
  • at Least 5 Years’ Experience in Accounting, Finance, business management, or similar
  • background of working in a Finance business and/or professional services
  • good knowledge and experience with Xero Accounting Softwar
  • good understanding of UK accounting legislation such as UK FRS, VAT, payroll, and Corporation tax
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate information from multiple sources
  • strong presentation, documentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills as well as a collaborative approach
  • able to work effectively with all levels and cultures in the organisation. Must be able to work with and through others
