Responsibility
- respond to assigned tickets of an IT nature from within our Ticketing System within SLA
- if required, provide onsite support for scheduled maintenance days
- undertake client visits for installations and system upgrades
- IT Field & Service Desk Engineer – Change and Request Management – Remote/Office/Field with unlimited paid holiday
- ownership of ticket to completion
- act as an escalation point for complex service requests in your area of expertise
- provide best-in-class Customer Service
- intake new service requests from a customer and establish if they are requests or standard, non-standard, or emergency changes and action accordingly
