  • assist Contracts Manager in sending of job sheets to operatives on a weekly basis
  • compiling Data Packs for supervisors
  • receiving Data Packs back from Supervisors and Saving the onto the server
  • we are looking to recruit an Projects Administrator to join our busy office based in Medway City Estate
  • saving and adding of PO’s
  • chase client for any outstanding PO’s
  • creating O&M Manuals to be submitted to client upon completion of works
  • filing of all Projects paperwork received from Supervisors
