Responsibility
- you will manage the Exeter Safe Space volunteer programme, supporting volunteers and staff, and designing the end-to-end volunteer journey
- create and launch a programme which supports the delivery of Safe Space and responds to the needs and demands of users
- contract and liaise with training providers who can run site specific courses
- lead the volunteer induction process from end to end
- you will ensure delivery of a high-quality volunteer programme that reacts to feedback and makes improvements accordingly
- you will oversee safeguarding measures, data analysis and reporting for the volunteers
- work proactively with the contracted services at the safe space to ensure a smooth, efficient and effective service
- act as Site Manager of the Exeter Safe Space
