Responsibility
- routine PPM checks to air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation assets
- mobile role delivering routine PPM checks to air conditioning assets
- air filter replacements/cleans
- equipment and coil cleans
- drive belt replacements
- 2nd man assistance to service engineers
Requirements
- ability to work off own initiative and as part of a team to meet customers requirements and planned maintenance deadlines
- ability to represent IRS in a professional manner and to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- proactive approach to all tasks undertaken, demonstrating a “can-do” attitude
- flexibility to work overtime when required, occasionally at short notice
- F-Gas Cat 4 certification advantageous
- electrical and/or controls experience and competence advantageous
- full UK driving license
- knowledge of required Health, Safety and Environmental practices
