- responsible for facilities compliance to health, safety, and environmental regulation or Barnes Group guidance and overall safety reporting for Raymond business
- models and drives BES transformation efforts through collaboration with BGI/ASR BES resources

- ability to understand spring terminology to effectively manage warehouse operations
- knowledge and experience working in a quality system environment
- extensive knowledge and experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
- must demonstrate an ability to work independently and be detail and project oriented
- experience with 6S, Standard Work and Built In Quality
- strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- strong distribution knowledge a plus
- sufficient knowledge of ERP systems to effectively manage the business
- demonstrated leadership effectiveness with emotional intelligence. Must be an effective change leader; balances consistency with flexibility and willing to change ideas in the face of new information
- A minimum of five years of experience effectively leading and managing people. A proven track record of implementing and successfully executing strategies to build and sustain high performance work environment
- ability to organize, communicate, and accurately report information within all levels of the organization
