Education
- bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
Responsibility
- implements key business strategies/programs to for the UK business for profitable growth
- responsible for facilities compliance to health, safety, and environmental regulation or Barnes Group guidance and overall safety reporting for Raymond business
- models and drives BES transformation efforts through collaboration with BGI/ASR BES resources
- plans, leads and directs at the lowest reasonable cost consisted with established with metrics/goals
- effectively integrates quoting, order entry, planning, scheduling, assembly/manufacturing, distribution functions ensuring processes result in high quality throughput
- empowers teams with a leadership/management style that is collaborative, inclusive and balanced in approach to achieve commitments. Identifies and eagerly leverages best practices across the business
