  • must demonstrate an ability to work independently and be detail and project oriented

Education

  • bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

Responsibility

  • implements key business strategies/programs to for the UK business for profitable growth
  • responsible for facilities compliance to health, safety, and environmental regulation or Barnes Group guidance and overall safety reporting for Raymond business
  • models and drives BES transformation efforts through collaboration with BGI/ASR BES resources
  • plans, leads and directs at the lowest reasonable cost consisted with established with metrics/goals
  • effectively integrates quoting, order entry, planning, scheduling, assembly/manufacturing, distribution functions ensuring processes result in high quality throughput
  • empowers teams with a leadership/management style that is collaborative, inclusive and balanced in approach to achieve commitments. Identifies and eagerly leverages best practices across the business
  • recognizes and rewards employees for their efforts to drive results
  • responsible for the operation of the UK businesses. Manage the facilities with a results driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet customer demand and division goals
