  •  Act as the focal point for all daily operational transport issues
  •  Monitor the performance of the sub-contractor fleet and raise any issues with the appropriate company
  •  Document all changes to the Delivery Plan and produce an accurate Confirmed Delivery Plan
  •  Responding to customer enquiries, providing quotation and keep them updated on progress of their deliveries
  •  Authorise all company driver’s pay and confirmation of sub-contractor costs
  •  Ensure the fuel management system is correctly used by all Widnes drivers
  •  Assist in the closing out job files by obtaining POD and other required information
  •  Reviewing routes and suppliers to ensure transport is planned cost effectively
