- keep on top of policy announcements in the energy and environmental sectors
- provide updates in simple, engaging language on how these policy changes will impact business energy consumers
- create written guides and help lead online and classroom training on a range of environmental and utilities topics
- engage with government and key agencies to help shape and influence energy and environmental policy
- support internal colleagues to understand the changes and how these may impact business’s energy bills and environmental compliance requirements, or affect Inspired’s business model
- work as part of a team to organise and take part in events, webinars and workshops to explain these changes to customers
