Responsibility
- we are seeking as experienced and dynamic restaurant manager to lead our team In delivering an unforgettable dining experience
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- ensure high quality and consistent food preparation and presentation
- as a pivotal member of our team you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- must be able to work late shifts and weekends
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
