Responsibility
- indirock is recruiting possibly the most dynamic and exciting position in their team – Duty Manager with oversight of our climbing coaching
- overseeing our course calendar and strategy, you'll be customer-focused, commercially minded and full of ideas to evolve Indirock with the help of our friendly, passionate team
- ensuring a welcoming, un-intimidating atmosphere is created at Indirock, encouraging climbers of all abilities to feel part of the community
- ideally you already have experience working in a climbing wall or the gym industry, but that is not essential. We are more interested to hear from people who are great people managers, motivators and have the ability to turn ideas into action
- overseeing Indirock's course calendar and coaching strategy
- you will be confident in leading a team and ensuring all tasks are done, with a focus on making Indirock the best venue it can be for our customers. You'll be self-motivated, confident and able to turn Indirock customers into avid climbers
- giving inductions to new customers
- feeding into Indirock's marketing and social media strategy
