Responsibility

  • monthly UK payroll
  • manage the EU/US payroll team and act as an escalation point for queries
  • calculation of variable payroll inputs – eg overtime, holiday pay, business mileage adjustments
  • work with the People team on new payroll implementations in new countries and agreeing T&Cs for employees
  • checking calculations for starters and leavers based on HR data provided
  • monitor GDPR requirements and ensure controls are in place over payroll data
  • managing SMP, SPP, SSP adjustments
  • assist Finance and People teams with Group policies and processes, advising on cost and tax considerations
