  • the receptionist must enter appointments into the diary system, confirming the scheduled appointment with the client
  • appointments must keep “white space” to a minimum, ensuing efficiency and increased stylist productivity
  • the receptionist will be responsible for meeting clients on arrival to Indigo, and also before leaving
  • each morning check any answer phone messages and deal with promptly as necessary
  • the receptionist is responsible for all appointments, and will be required to make, change and cancel appointments at customer or stylists request
  • online appointment requests must be checked at the start of the day and throughout
  • reception and surrounding area must be kept clean and tidy at all times
