- 3-5 years experience in a similar HR Role
- degree educated
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
- experience of working with HRIS
- human resources: 3 years

Responsibility
- HR Advisor to support our HR team
- work with the HR team to ensure a positive and approachable service
- reporting to the HR Director
- support, manage and advise on all HR and people management related matters
- working to support, guide and advise our teams
- the role will require the HR Advisor to oversee and manage all employee relations and people management related policies and procedures
- training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
- monitoring key recruitment and people metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
