you will be required to provide guidance and support to the individuals living in the home
you will promote activities encouraging choice and opportunities
indie 16 are a unique organisation providing semi independent living for 16-18 year olds with a range of needs and behaviours. All individuals are supported during the day and attend either college or are in employment
being proactive, having initiative and being self-driven is vital for this role
you must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle

to coordinate shifts and ensure all duties are carried out by the team on duty
ensure that all reports are completed including Risk Assessments. All of which must be reviewed and updated as required
to support the aims and objectives of the service and assist the Registered Manager in providing a high-quality establishment for the individuals
liaise with the Registered Manager weekly to address any issues unless they require urgent attention
reporting all safeguarding issues to the Registered Manager for the setting to promote the safeguarding and welfare of the individuals, members of the public and other members of staff
