  • we are currently recruiting for Youth Support workers to work in our supported living services with individuals to live independently within their own home

  • indie 16 are a unique organisation providing semi independent living for 16-18 year olds with a range of needs and behaviours. All individuals are supported during the day and attend either college or are in employment

  • to undertake supervisions, probationary reviews, and appraisals of Youth Support Workers
  • to be responsible for the service in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • to coordinate shifts and ensure all duties are carried out by the team on duty
  • ensure that all reports are completed including Risk Assessments. All of which must be reviewed and updated as required
  • to support the aims and objectives of the service and assist the Registered Manager in providing a high-quality establishment for the individuals
