- we have full time days/nights and bank shifts available
- there will be a requirement to do one sleep at least once a week
- we are currently recruiting for Youth Support workers to work in our supported living services with individuals to live independently within their own home
- you will be required to provide guidance and support to the individuals living in the home
- you will promote activities encouraging choice and opportunities
- indie 16 are a unique organisation providing semi independent living for 16-18 year olds with a range of needs and behaviours. All individuals are supported during the day and attend either college or are in employment
- being proactive, having initiative and being self-driven is vital for this role
- you must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
