Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage our 40 covers Indian Restaurant located near Borough Market, London
  • minimum 2 years experience in Indian Restaurant & good knowledge of Indian Cuisine
  • organising staff shifts and scheduling
  • working with food and drink suppliers
  • working closely with the Head Chef and planning menus
  • as a Restaurant Manager you will plan catering services, direct staff and decide on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided and discusses customer’s requirements for special occasions
  • you will oversee purchases or direct the purchasing of supplies and arrange for preparation of accounts, verify that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements
  • ensuring all food safety & hygiene procedures are maintained
