• screening calls and taking detailed accurate messages where necessary
• making appointments, travel arrangements and updating multiple diaries for upper management and sub-contractors
• dealing with correspondence scanning documents

• create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• liaising with OT associate staff and with external contacts
• track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• manage company blog postings and social media accounts
• coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• to work across the admin team supporting colleagues whenever necessary
