Show more +10 - issuing customer invoices and credit notes, and dealing with relating queries
- posting of supplier invoices into the AP ledger and matching to PO’s
- assisting the accounts assistant with customer statements, proactive chasing of payments and chasing for overdue payments
- posting and sending supplier invoices without a PO, for authorisation, through our ERP system
- supplier statement reconciliations, and loading of supplier payments within the bank portal for second authorisation
- in2tec is a small company but a global leader in Flexible Electronics Solution Design & Manufacture, focused on new technology, particularly sustainable electronics, based in Kettering and with a wholly owned manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China
- generating weekly payment runs for authorisation
- consolidation of credit card statements and receipts
- reporting to the finance manager, this role will mainly focus on maintaining the purchase ledger, with some assistance to AR and credit control at busy times
- accurate coding of Purchase demands and obtaining required levels of authorisation via the ERP system, prior to converting to a PO
Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience of purchase ledger experience desirable
- strong communication, time-management, and organisational skills
- previous experience with accounting software packages desirable
