Responsibility
- responding to customer emails and phone calls regarding new and ongoing repairs that have been sent direct to our workshop
- responding to third party emails and phones regarding new and ongoing repairs sent to us via a third party
- support the wider team in all administrative tasks with regards to managing the process status of watch and Jewellery repairs received in our main workshop. These can be either via one of our stores or sent directly to the workshop
- responding to internal emails and phone calls regarding ongoing repairs that have been sent to our workshop via one of our stores
- other tasks as required by the business to ensure smooth operational success
