Requirements

  • previous Care Manager or Senior Position Experience
  • SVQ 4 / NVQ 5 or above professional qualification in Health and Social Care
  • confident Leader with excellent communication skills
  • senior care: 1 year
  • degree in Nursing or Social Care + Senior Experience

Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Registered Care Manager who will manage our Care at Home Services and provide the highest quality of care and support
  • you will be the registered manager with the Care Inspectorate responsible for efficient day-to-day running of the care provided with your excellent management and leadership skills
  • undertake other duties from time to time as and when required
  • ensure that sufficient staff are recruited to meet the service demand and plans for growth
  • undertake scheduled spot checks and service reviews
