Responsibility
- develop and execute management strategies to ensure the firm has robust financial controls and clear and accurate management reporting
- the efficient running of a Group accounting function and the internal control environment
- ownership and development of a finance function, including group reporting, management reporting, tax and treasury
- preparing monthly management accounts and report to the senior management team
- preparing reports and management information for board level and being answerable to questions raised
- producing management and statutory accounts
- working closely with departments on expenditure and budgeting forecasts
- supporting the CFO and Commercial/Operational teams with analysis in managing the delivery of performance together with developing/controlling the business plan
