Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen with our client based in Wetherby for a Service Administrator to join their growing team
- actioning and processing incoming orders to the business from customers
- dealing with queries from service department and resolving any issues that arise
- receiving goods on the internal system and processing relevant engineering paperwork
- in this role you will have the autonomy to manage a variety of procedures within the business, including customer service, works coordination, order processing, supply chain and sales administration
- working alongside management to ensure internal/external engineering processes and works are coordinated effectively
- working from our client’s head office, you will be working to ensure that all internal business processes within the engineering department are administered effectively, and resolving any issues that arise
- following company and industry guidelines as well as compliance requirements
Requirements
- experience of working in an administrative function
- experience of working in service coordination or supply chain
- excellent organisational skills, being able to manage deadlines and work to timeframes
- able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- you will be joining a relaxed and friendly office with a casual dress code and have access to onsite parking
