• relevant NVQ in plumbing, heating and/or ventilation

• flexibility to work weekends/nights based on job location/detail of works
• ability to assess, diagnose and make safe situations as a first responder
• full knowledge of chilled, hot water and domestic systems
• working knowledge of heating systems and pipefitting including condenses and drainage installation
• experience working in commercial residential buildings
• knowledge and understanding of layout and schematic drawings
• strong ability to test and snag your own work on completion
• provision of accurate and conclusive report of works capturing further works, materials consumed/required, labour etc
