- collate testing and snag packs on completion of a project
- good knowledge of heating systems and pipe fitting etc
- managing engineers on jobs and timesheets each project within their time frame
Contract type
- we are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team based around London within the M25 area
- our office is in based in Ingatestone Essex therefore, a commutable distance is essential
- we carry out both project work and maintenance contracts, across commercial sectors, including educational buildings, offices and other commercial sites
- collate gas certificates that are provided by the gas engineers and report to client
- 5+ Years' experience within a managerial position
