Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ demonstratable experience in an advanced IT support role
- microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace experience, both in the hands on usage, and in design and implementation
- excellent communication, documentation, and time recording abilities
- A strong working knowledge of both Windows client OS’s and Microsoft 365
- experience designing and building AAD organisation structures
- experience building and maintaining Teams and SPO structures
- experience using PowerShell to administer 365 tenants
- demonstrable proficiency using Autopilot/MEM/Microsoft Defender for Endpoint in a corporate environment
