- assist with facilities hire & enquiries
- oversee and coordinates the staging of lighting, sound, video, and other equipment
- providing instruction to service users, staff and other relevant personnel on all technical equipment
- maintaining a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate
- providing specialisation in stage lighting, sound, establishing risk assessments, maintaining equipment, storage and inventory
- maintaining inventories of relevant materials and equipment; identifying and assessing inventory requirements, and makes and/or recommends purchases, as appropriate
