Responsibility

  • forecasting and Planning - Oversee demand forecasting for a range of product lines. Working alongside the commercial and marketing teams to use historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to achieve the company goals
  • inventory Management - Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across a range of channels including production facilities, the in-house brewery and merchandising
  • data Analysis and Reporting - Analysis of sales trends, market data and operational metrics to refine planning processes. Reporting regularly on forecast accuracy, inventory status, and supply chain performance
