Responsibility

  • discuss issues out of service and agree on the solutions
  • be responsible for allergen awareness and keeping allergen information up to date, communicating any changes to management
  • monitor kitchen hours and adjust rota accordingly to ensure wage percentage is kept low
  • develop new seasonal dishes to an agreed brief and timings
  • storage areas must be safely organised, stock rotated and deliveries checked and stored upon arrival Equipment must be cleaned, maintained and safe
