Responsibility
- our Front of House Staff perform a hugely valuable and supportive role within the dance school environment
- as with any member of our team we often need staff to be involved outside of working hours
- front of House is the initial face of the school and are responsible for meet and greets with children and parents/ families
- front of house manage the administration via our dedicated dance school software enrolling new students, processing invoices and working with our head office team
- our dance school involves working with children
- communication skills are essential as our FOH team answer phone calls, reply to emails and must be excellent and professional face to face
- being organised is essential as whilst what we do isn't complicated there can be lots of things going on all at once and a clear head and good planning will mean an efficient Front of House
- our Front of House team need to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role that matches the energy of the students. Everything else can be taught
