Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture
- 10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end projects
- expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
- good experience with 3D visualization tools and rendering software
- proven track record of delivering projects from concept through completion
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- excellent client-facing communication skills
- creative and strategic mindset with ability to think innovatively and execute complete design concepts
Responsibility
- lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the vision aligns with client expectations and project goals
- oversee project delivery, managing all phases of the design, documentation and implementation
- maintain strong relationships with the clients acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- develop design concepts, presentations and technical drawings to clearly communicate design intent
- prepare detailed CAD drawings, 3D models and FF&E specifications while ensuring all design documentation is accurate and up to date
- manage supplier, contractor and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth project delivery, from sourcing to installation
- conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and ensure quality and precision are maintained
- manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively
