Responsibility

  • A global retail property developer and operator is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Finance to lead their Operational Assets division
  • working with a dynamic team, this role presents an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of operational reporting, forecasting and analysis for the UK
  • working closely with the UK CFO, you will form part of the UK Finance Senior Leadership team alongside peers who manage their respective functions within the wider UK Finance team
  • oversee the delivery of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for various income and expenditure categories, such as service charges, insurance, marketing, and operational expenses
  • supervise the preparation of statutory financial statements, tax packs, VAT, and CIS returns for relevant legal entities, and engage with other finance departments as needed
