Responsibility

• you will analyse drawings and other documentation to assemble accurate estimates and proposals
• maintain relationships with contractors and clients regarding questions on projects
• consult and communicate with project managers and clients at all project levels

• this full-time position is responsible for but is not limited to, preparing all parts of an estimate and working closely with the sales and management teams
• you will be responsible for generating estimates for commercial projects and ensuring that pricing is both current and accurate while maintaining the material costing database
• ensure proper material lead times are documented for the client and opportunities/costs to make changes to their order in conjunction with the team
• ensure that all calculations meet the requirements of the material specified or an equivalent

• surveying: 2 years
