Responsibility
- the right candidate must be passionate about cooking with outstanding, local and fresh ingredients with real attention to details
- we make all our food in house, with the best ingredients from our local suppliers
- overall responsibility for the performance of the Kitchen
- ensuring that all training, H&S and Food Safety requirements are met
- oversee superior standards of hygiene, process and quality control
- here at Rustico we are passionate about our food and the freshness of the ingredients. We have a small kitchen team with a family feel
- have open lines of communications with your team
- we are looking for somebody with experience on making and cooking fresh pasta which we really pride ourselves on and is our main focus
Requirements
- the ability to lead and motivate your team
- strong knowledge of Hygiene, Legal, H&S and Food Safety regulations
- cooperation and teamwork skills
- the ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced environment
- planning and organisational skills
- flexibility and a hands on approach
- the ability to work independently with firm decision making
