- manage and maintain the social media accounts, including daily monitoring, scheduling, and publishing of content, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone
- analyse social media metrics and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of content, and optimize content strategies for maximum engagement and reach
- stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- UK driving licence
- experience with video [tiktok, reels, youtube]
- available to work from the Solihull based office 3 days per week
- direct experience with working with clients and colleagues to manage deadlines and align social proposals with brands TOV
- 2+ Years experience in a social media or content creation role [flexible]
