- hybrid Remote, Walsall West Midlands
- to provide regular supervision to Assistant Team Managers, Senior Practitioners, Supervising Social Workers , Support staff and Independent Assessors contracted by Ikon Fostering
- to attend and contribute to management and team meetings on a regular basis
- conduct any reasonable request/task required from time to time by the management of Ikon Fostering
- provide management cover as and when necessary
- work with Quality Assurance personnel in keeping a track record of the performance of the SSWs and foster carers and take appropriate action in conjunction with advice from the registered manager
- to act as a nominated out of hours duty manager for the agency on shared and equitable basis with the management team
