- organise, attend and participate in practice meetings
- training and coaching clinical staff including all associates on new/different protocols, procedures
Requirements
- ikon Dental Specialists are a private dental practice in West London, primarily treating referral patients
- they will ensure systems are in place to check invoices against all goods and supplies received
- we are a friendly team who strive to continue our successful rapid growth through a collaborative approach
- they will be responsible for banking cash payments and maintaining accurate petty cash records
- they will employ comprehensive measures to ensure that all Associate Clinician payments are calculated correctly on a monthly basis
- they will use data contained within SOE Exact to provide forecasted and actual figures to the DBO and Principal weekly
- supervise all banking procedures and ensure deposits are made weekly
- check and monitor patient plan activity returns and receipts, including monthly schedules
