product designer
Responsibility
- conducting user research and evaluating user feedback
- developing and maintaining user personas that can be referenced at any stage of the product development process
- collaborating with the Product Owner to support the 2-weekly sprint cycle, backlog and roadmap of deliverables
- maintaining our design system and ensuring that this is implemented correctly across all media
- creating assets, wireframes, process flows and interactive designs to effectively communicate designs, concepts and prototypes
- presenting designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- liaising with the Development and Testing teams to provide guidance and answer questions relating to aspects of the designs
- create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- experience carrying out usability research and user interviews
- experience of working in a scrum team and agile processes
- A portfolio demonstrating your previous work
- knowledge & experience in designing to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
