excellent Interpersonal Skills - Able to deal politely and effectively with a wide range of customers, visitors, contactors, consultants and staff
good Organiser - Ability to organise workload effectively, as well as your own time management
responsible - Prompt resolutions to tasks and queries and ownership of the tasks set
willingness to learn - A willingness to learn any new processes or IT system that may be implemented
experience - Experience of a receptionist and administrative function would be of advantage particularly with in the construction industry – but not required
Responsibility
maintain a clean and tidy office environment, replenish stock as and when needed
any other job as required
be the first point of contact for visitors
responding to emails received in the Customer Care email, updating developers on the progress of the repairs
day to Day organising repair parts to be collected by the engineers and track their van stock for replenishment
