Responsibility
- establish strong working relationships with your clients and proactively manage them to grow their business
- communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders
- act as an escalation point for the customer to the rest of the team
- manage client test/trial process
- create and maintain proper documentation as you complete your job
- maintain accurate client communication records in company CRM
- ensure all internal stakeholders are updated on the client progress
- interface with the internal marketing team for help as needed
Requirements
- killer EQ
- complete native of social media
- experience producing daily social content for yourself and/or a client
- quick learner & problem solver
- tremendous interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
