Responsibility
- establish strong working relationships with your clients and proactively manage them to grow their business
- communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders
- act as an escalation point for the customer to the rest of the team

- create and maintain proper documentation as you complete your job
- maintain accurate client communication records in company CRM
- ensure all internal stakeholders are updated on the client progress
- interface with the internal marketing team for help as needed
- communicate enhancement requests as appropriate
- escalate issues when they arise
- provide continuous training for the client so that they are experts in using the Afluencr software and other marketing tools
- video conference and calls with clients as part of core communication
Requirements

- complete native of social media
- experience producing daily social content for yourself and/or a client
