Responsibility
- reading and interpreting Technical Drawings , to determine cut lists and tactics to ensure best results
- being able to set up and use Welding equipment ie Tig , Mig Welding plant
- self inspection to ensure job is correct as required prior to hand over for despatch check
- ability to report any discrepencies between drawing and job
- keeping equipment and all work areas clean and well maintained
- working as part of a Team to ensure projects meet schedule
- performing tasks required such as bending , cutting and forming metal using variety of power tools ,hand tools , guillotine & pressbrake etc
Requirements
- MIG welding: 5 years
- fabrication: 5 years
