  • atlassian Certification or related certifications in Enterprise Architecture
  • bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMI or Prince2 Certified and related certifications in Agile Leadership
  • proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role
  • experience working as an Atlassian Solution Partner or within a Solution Delivery organization
  • expertise in Atlassian tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc., and their applications
  • demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations and delivering complex projects
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
