Requirements
- commercial Gas ACS
- proven experience in a similar role
- oil experience even if qualifications have expired
- fully conversant with fault finding of commercial heating/ventilation equipment
- LPG experience even if qualifications have expired
- an ability to work alone and make decisions when required is a must
- catering, Electrical would be desirable but not essential
- domestic tickets would be advantageous but experience is a minimum
Responsibility
- the position will require you to provide engineering support in emergency situations, and to act as instructed by Gas Safe requirements e.g. issuing of warning notices etc. to ensure business and operational safety
- safety testing/inspection of complete installations, to be followed up with reporting to enable any remedial works to be addressed
