Responsibility

  • undertake cleaning of Ovens and equipment in accordance with procedures
  • to undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems
  • filling and emptying cleaning bin in accordance with procedures and risk assessments
  • fetching / carrying / loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • to undertake other duties as requested and provide cover for other staff as required during periods of absence and holiday
  • receiving / unloading and storing / stacking materials and equipment delivered to site / workshop / base
  • dismantling and moving oven parts and other catering equipment
  • ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and in good repair and report any damage or disrepair immediately
