Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • working alongside the warehouse administration Manager, produce all required pick documents as per required picking sequences
  • ensure that all completed picks are input on to AS400 to ensure that inventory is accurately allocated to relevant orders
  • ensure that once pick is completed, that required invoice processes are completed
  • answer pick/inventory queries from any relevant internal stakeholders
  • close relationship with IG Design Sales Order Management Team to ensure any prioritisation of orders are managed effectively
  • ensuring along with Warehouse team Leaders that all warehouse operatives are fully utilised on required tasks on a daily basis
  • collating pick sheets
  • booking transport via email and online systems

Requirements

  • accuracy and diligence is vital - Essential
  • personable individual who can build good relationships with internal customers - Essential
  • previous warehouse management system experience is - Preferable
  • ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. - Essential
  • ability to be flexible in working hours and location of work -Essential
