Responsibility
- including creating programme of works, cashflow forecasting, subcontractor procurement and supplier negotiation
- the company undertakes restaurant design and build contracts from concept to competition and the project manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our design, build and fit out projects
- the candidate will be completing any necessary administrative requirements that the Projects team have
- the candidate will work alongside the team of 4 Project Managers and our 2-strong building works team, led by our Head of Construction
- the candidate will assist both the Head of Construction, and the Building Works Co-Ordinator to assist with site surveys, development of project costing and sourcing of materials
- the candidate will schedule scope of works for pricing, this will include formulating rates for measurement in association with Head of Building Works
- the candidate will also work closely with the team to co-ordinate and assist with the scheduling of elements of the project to ensure a successful contract delivery
- alongside this, the candidate will provide support to our Operations Director and Compliance Manager who is responsible for the compliance and co-ordination of H&S documentation and project documents
