we are looking for a supervisor who can run a busy shift managing around 50 people across various workstreams
the products coming through the door are damaged items. It’s a fast-paced environment where they need to think on their feet
ideally this person will have been a supervisor/shift manager or a senior team leader
as Shift Supervisor you will support the Shift Manager in ensuring the handling and despatch of all customer products is achieved to optimum levels of cost and efficiency through the effective supervision and control of all staff and resources, whilst equally maintaining the highest levels of safety, welfare and security within all areas of warehouse shift activity
provide training for new and existing Staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency
as a Shift Supervisor, you will support the Shift Manager in ensuring the handling and despatch of all customer products is achieved to optimum levels of cost and efficiency through the effective supervision and control of all staff and resources
supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away and despatch of stock
