Requirements
- proven operational and management experience from within a similar operation
- previous operational experience within a warehouse environment
- previous experience of supervising large teams, including performance management and disciplinaries
- experience in managing and supervising team
- strong working knowledge within the Warehouse and Logistics industry, with strong knowledge surrounding health and safety
- good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation
- good health and safety knowledge
- strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Responsibility
- as Shift Supervisor you will support the Shift Manager in ensuring the handling and despatch of all customer products is achieved to optimum levels of cost and efficiency through the effective supervision and control of all staff and resources, whilst equally maintaining the highest levels of safety, welfare and security within all areas of warehouse shift activity

- it will also be your responsibility to equally maintain the highest levels of safety, welfare and security within all areas of the warehouse shift activity
- working hours: Monday to Friday rotating, 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00

- ensuring all processes, daily checks, defect reporting, training and operations of MHE are conducted in line with both company and legislative Health and Safety requirements

- managing a team of around 20 warehouse workers and carrying out regular 1-2-1s and reviews with your team, including disciplinaries, performance reviews, etc
