Responsibility

  • our Company is a leading manufacturer of polypropylene fibres
  • our materials are used in products as diverse as tea bags, carpets and roads
  • we are looking to recruit a keen and energetic person to oversee the HR Function on a part-time basis
  • the position requires an experienced HR professional from a generalist HR background. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however we will also consider someone who is looking to progress from their current role
  • the role will report to the Managing Director and will cover the full range of HR responsibilities from recruitment, to employee relations, pay and benefits as well as supporting the site with ad hoc projects
  • the site is a busy manufacturing site with the majority of the workforce being on a shift pattern
