• one years industry experience, or experience in a similar industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end moving journey
• A passion for property and estate agency, along with the area that you operate
• excellent customer service qualities and a commitment to creating amazing home moving experiences

• extensive knowledge of the area you will operate, whether that be currently living or working in the area

• this role is hybrid, based in part at our central hub located in Anson House, Llandudno Jct, while also being both home and on the road. The role requires you to be able to travel along with access to a vehicle and a full clean driver’s license
