Responsibility
- secure a pre-defined level of renewal/re-sign business to minimise attrition
- retain the current recurring revenue, uplifting licence values where feasible and cross-selling and upselling additional product and services
- create and deliver strategic sales plans for Key Accounts
- generate a forward plan and campaigns for your portfolio
- deliver professional pitches and sales presentations
- apply strong follow-up and negotiation practise
- bring New Name business sales to target
- meeting or exceed individual goals and targets, contributing accurate forecasting and insight
Requirements
- provide consistent engagement with customers via remote and on-site meetings, as well as arranging and attending software demonstrations
- develop strong relationships from first contact, steering through contract discussions, onboarding and delivery
- promote a wide, effective use and understanding of Idox Solutions within your allocated customer base
- design a key account plan for high value and strategically important accounts
- find and deliver incremental sales of Idox products and services to meet evolving customer needs
- see through retention strategies to sign customers up over the long-term and drive customer success
- ensure customer retention, agreeing long-term strategies with customers to further develop their use of Idox solutions
- deliver sessions for customers, support with training, field incoming queries and nurture customers
