Requirements

  • accidents
  • fire
  • minimum five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the offsite or traditional construction sector
  • experience of delivering H&S training
  • hands-on experience with H&S systems and methodologies
  • capable of managing projects/work packages
  • in-depth experience of ISO45001
  • capable of guiding and supporting more junior members of the team

Responsibility

  • develop and report business KPIs
  • carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being fully implemented by site management
  • organise regular fire evacuations
  • ensure work equipment is installed and being operated safely
