- ● Completing opening and closing procedures, end of day reporting
- ● Responsible for ensuring that cash for the bar sales is treated with the utmost honesty, integrity, and security
- ● Updating and maintaining tills with new products, preparing products for sale
- as Pub Manager, your main responsibility will be to direct, control and arrange staff within the bar, ensuring customer requirements are satisfied
- ● Assist with stock counts
- the role assumes overall responsibility for the running of the bar and additionally it is the duty of the Pub Manager to maintain an open and accurate channel of communication within the whole team
- in addition to general bar responsibilities, you will ensure the smooth running of the bar by managing your team, delegating duties required on shift, managing staff rotas and time off, managing stock control and ordering and monitoring and reporting all aspects of health and safety in the workplace
